The perfect location: the cliffs of Monte Brione on one side and beautiful vineyards on the other—offering absolute peace and quiet. Inside this historic Italian house, a comfortable two-bedroom apartment awaits you, featuring a large balcony and breathtaking views. Two excellent restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The most beautiful spots around Lake Garda are easily accessible by bike: Riva del Garda (10 min), Torbole (15 min), and Arco (10 min).

Built in 1880, the house contains only a few apartments. Our apartment is located on the third floor and measures approximately 45 m². It features two cozy bedrooms, an entrance area with a dining space and open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The large balcony offers a magnificent view. We occasionally stay in a neighboring apartment and look forward to seeing you then. Neighborhood cats often roam the garden. Three families live in the immediate vicinity, so loud parties are not permitted. Two outstanding restaurants are nearby. Supermarkets are a 10–15 minute bike ride away, and our house is situated in a stunning, scenic area. The lake is also just a 10-minute bike ride away.
