The perfect location: the cliffs of Monte Brione on one side and the beautiful vineyards on the other, very quiet. In this old Italian house, a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a large balcony with a breathtaking view awaits you. There are two very nice restaurants near the house. Very close to the best places on Lake Garda (by bike): Riva del Garda - 10 min Torbole - 15 min Arco - 10 min An old Italian house built in 1880. There are only a few apartments in the building. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor. The size is about 45 meters. 2 small cozy bedrooms, an entrance hall with dining area and open kitchen, a bathroom with shower. A large balcony with a very nice view. Sometimes we will live in a nearby apartment. Then we will be happy to see each other. 3 Neighborhood cats often run around the yard. 3 Families live in the neighborhood and loud parties are not allowed. There are 2 great restaurants nearby; Aldi/Lidl supermarkets in 10-15 minutes by bike, our house is situated in a perfect scenic location. 10 minutes by bike to the lake.

After a long day at the lake or on bicycles, you just want to relax on a comfortable sofa and watch your favorite TV serie.
Grotta means cave in Italian. And there is our house. Right under the rock. On one side the cliffs of Monte Brione on the other the grape fields. On hot days it is pleasantly cool there. You should go there! Just along the road! You're almost home.
